So how do you get through it in your home? Is it a group effort with everyone huddled in one bed or couch with a favorite movie playing? A free for all with games, books, and any distraction available? Is there a default nurse without whom none would survive?

Let us know your sickness routine, your go to remedies, and your "it's allowed 'cause I'm sick!" creature comforts.

  1. Oh my, how fitting is this for me right now! My 4 y.o. has pneumonia, after what seems like a never-ending season of nasty colds for the whole family. I try to look on the bright side and secretly enjoy dropping everything to nurse my little one and cuddle on the couch with movies and soup, and not worry about all the things that are taking a backseat.

And we always allow ice cream for breakfast when we're really sick!

  2. Mmmm. Dessert for breakfast, breakfast for dinner. That's the stuff that makes it more bearable!
